Sherri Vanessa Holland, a 34-year-old woman, was last seen on August 16, 1996, as she left her vacation home in Flagler Beach, Florida, heading back to Atlanta, Georgia. Holland was driving her champagne-colored 1987 BMW 325i, but she never arrived at her destination. Eight days later, her car was found abandoned on I-75 near Morrow, Georgia, with a flat tire. Her two dogs were also discovered in a nearby field, one of which had been hit by a car, while the other was rescued.
