In the late summer of 1998, a 42-year-old woman named Dorothy Marie Douglas vanished from the streets of Cincinnati, Ohio. Known to her loved ones as 'Dot,' she was last seen on August 26, 1998, in the Walnut Hills area, a neighborhood she frequented. At the time, she was staying with a friend in Westwood but her last known address was on Kinney Avenue.
