She was last seen near the corner of Gilbert Avenue and McMillan Street in Cincinnati. When her parents arrived at the apartment to pick her up, Lora was not there. Lora Lyann Stubbs has not been seen or heard from since that day. Following her disappearance, her family filed a missing person report with the Cincinnati Police Department.
