In the spring of 2000, a young man named Charles Randall Wood III, known to his loved ones as Trey, vanished from his home in Decatur, Alabama. On April 1st of that year, the 21-year-old was last seen riding his bicycle in his neighborhood on 15th Avenue Southeast. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing a medium blue t-shirt and tan cargo shorts. Concern grew when Trey did not return and could not be contacted.
