Cynthia Wilkins, age 51, was last seen on March 9, 2004, at her residence in Fulton, Illinois. She lived alone in an apartment complex on 11th Avenue. That evening, a fire broke out in her apartment around 10:30 p.m., destroying the building. Although her car remained parked outside, and it was initially thought she had been home, no trace of Cynthia was found in the rubble. Investigators searched the site thoroughly, but her remains were never located.
