Stacey Lynn Hazelton, a 21-year-old woman, was last seen on May 21, 2004, in Alligator, Mississippi. Originally from Pennsylvania, she had moved to Mississippi earlier that year with her boyfriend, James Arthur Fanning Jr. Despite the move, she stayed in close contact with her family, regularly calling them.
