Eduardo Ortiz was 47 years old when he disappeared on April 30, 2005, in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. He was last seen walking on the Huey P. Long Bridge, heading from the East Bank community of Elmwood toward the West Bank's Bridge City. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white short-sleeved shirt and brown or beige shorts. Eduardo is a Hispanic and White man with black hair and brown eyes.
