Eduardo Ortiz, a 47-year-old man, was last seen on April 30, 2005, traveling from Elmwood to Bridge City, Louisiana. He was reported missing after being seen on the Huey P. Long Bridge, heading from the East Bank (Elmwood) to the West Bank (Bridge City). Ortiz was wearing a white short-sleeved shirt and beige or brown shorts at the time of his disappearance.
