John Spira, a 45-year-old man from St. Charles, Illinois, disappeared on the evening of February 23, 2007. He was last seen at approximately 7:00 p.m. at his business, Universal Cable Construction, which was located on County Farm Road in an unincorporated area of West Chicago.
