In the spring of 2007, Virginia Lynne Wood, a bright 19-year-old female, disappeared, leaving behind a painful and enduring mystery for her family and friends. A promising freshman on the Dean's List at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina, she was studying accounting. Virginia, known to her loved ones as Ginni, was last seen in March 2007.
