Lark Montague, a 55-year-old woman from Magna, Utah, was last seen in the early hours of September 22, 2007, after leaving a friend’s house. She was driving her husband's silver 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Utah plates. Her friend followed her part of the way home and saw her pull into her driveway, but moments later, Lark backed out and drove away, reportedly hitting a chain-link fence in the process. This was the last confirmed sighting of her.
Lark had been drinking that night, and although it is unclear if she was intoxicated, her family reported that she had been consuming alcohol more frequently prior to her disappearance, which had caused tensions with her husband. Following her disappearance, there has been no activity on her bank accounts, and her vehicle has never been found. Lark also did not renew her prescriptions for managing Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, raising concerns about her well-being.
