Johnnie Mae Miles, a 68-year-old woman, was last seen at her residence in Magna, Utah, on June 6, 2001. On that day, she reportedly left her home to go to the store and apparently became lost. This was the last time she was seen or heard from by her family.

Sometime after she was reported missing, her vehicle, a gold 1999 Chrysler Cirrus LX1, was discovered. The car was found crashed into willow trees near a creek off Cherry Creek Road, a dirt road located about twenty miles from Eureka ...
