In the winter of 2007, a sense of unease settled over a community in West Haven, Connecticut, following the disappearance of 30-year-old Margoth Tivi. On December 10th, she informed those close to her that she was heading out to visit a friend who resided on Popular Street. This planned visit was the last known intention of Tivi, as she was not seen or heard from after that day.
