Pamela Biggers, a 56-year-old woman from Georgia, was reported missing on January 27, 2008, after she was last seen in Panama City Beach, Florida. Pamela, who had been staying at the Marriott Fairfield Inn, had traveled to the area to visit the beach and for personal reasons.
