Kelly "Allison" Whiddon, a 44-year-old woman from Panama City Beach, Florida, was last seen on April 8, 2016. At the time, she was in the process of ending her relationship with her live-in boyfriend, William Daily. On the day of her disappearance, the couple had a public altercation at a local restaurant.
