Sammy Lloyd Jackson, a 13-year-old boy, disappeared on December 14, 1968, from Monterey, California. He and his friend, 14-year-old Alfred Grimes, were last seen early that morning as they set off to go fishing at Fisherman’s Wharf, a routine activity for the pair. A bus driver recalled seeing them at a bus stop around 4:30 a.m., and they were dropped off near Del Monte Avenue, close to the wharf.
