Tiffany Claudette Wise, a 2-year-old girl, was last seen on March 30, 1977, in San Bernardino, California. On that tragic day, her mother, Beverly Wise, was found murdered in their home, and Tiffany, along with her older half-sister, Brandi Summers, was abducted. Beverly’s murder raised immediate concerns, and authorities quickly began a search for the missing children.
