Pamela Ann Pedro, a 17-year-old high school senior, went missing on the morning of September 13, 1982, in Atwater, California. She was last seen at Atwater High School, where she was dropped off for the day. Witnesses reported that she was using a payphone outside the school before her disappearance, but it is unknown who she was speaking with at the time.
