Jennifer Sophia Marteliz, a 7-year-old girl from Tampa, Florida, vanished on November 15, 1982, while walking home from Shaw Elementary School. Around 3:00 p.m., she was only one block away from her home on 15th Street and 109th Avenue when she asked a friend to watch her as she completed her walk. The friend looked away for just a moment, and when they turned back, Jennifer had disappeared. Despite extensive searches and investigations, Jennifer has not been seen since.
