Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Miller, a 14-year-old from Idaho Springs, Colorado, went missing on August 16, 1983. That morning, around 10:00 a.m., she went for her usual jog near her family's home and was last seen in a nearby park. Beth was an active teenager who regularly jogged to stay in shape for basketball. She left her house wearing white jogging shorts, a faded blue t-shirt, and running shoes but took no money or extra clothing with her.
