In May of 1984, 22-year-old Lisa Karen Addington was in Tulsa, Oklahoma, preparing for her wedding, which was just days away. A resident of Dallas, Texas, she was in town for the joyful occasion, with her wedding dress and invitations already sent out. On the evening of May 15, 1984, her friends threw her a bachelorette party at a local nightclub called The Great Escape Club, located at 21st Street and Garnett Road.
