In the small community of Vicco, Kentucky, the disappearance of James Michael Boggs has left a void for decades. On a day in early March of 1987, the 30-year-old, known to some as Mike, visited the Imperial Club in the Vicco area of Perry County. Accounts from that evening indicate that an altercation occurred, which led to Boggs being asked to leave the establishment.
