In the early morning hours of February 6, 1990, the quiet community of Lutcher, Louisiana, was unknowingly marked by the disappearance of 75-year-old Isaac Joseph Riley. A resident of the Riverlands Health Care Center for approximately nine months, Mr. Riley, a Black male also known by the nickname 'Drift', was last seen at the nursing facility where he resided.
