At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being between 5'7" and 5'9" tall, weighing between 126 and 140 pounds, with gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes. He had a nervous twitch in his left eye and was reportedly wearing a gray sweater, a red plaid shirt, blue pants, and gray or black Sergio Valente shoes.
Isaac Riley was known in the community for frequently taking walks or riding his bicycle. However, in the days following his disappearance from the nursing home, there were no reported sightings of him, leading law enforcement to believe he may have left the immediate area.
