Stevey Howard Sommerville, a 14-year-old boy, was last seen on September 6, 1990, in Jamaica, Queens, New York. He stood 5'5" tall, weighed approximately 125 pounds, and had distinct features, including a scar in the center of his forehead and a mole near his right ear.
