Lillian Irene Estrada, a 16-year-old girl, went missing from her home in Spring Valley, California, on September 29, 1990. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black shirt, and black pants. Lillian stood 5'1" tall, weighed around 105 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. A distinguishing feature noted was an L-shaped scar near her elbow.
