April Irene Vlk, 37, was last seen on September 17, 1991, on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Vlk had been living at the Sea Side Villas apartments, and on the day of her disappearance, she had a disagreement with her boyfriend, which resulted in him asking her to leave. She was later seen at a local church, barefoot, with her feet bleeding, and appearing distressed.
