Paul D. Yotter, a 22-year-old man, was last seen on December 20, 1991, in Santa Maria, California. He had spoken to friends earlier that day and was believed to have left on his red and black 1988 Honda CBR1000F motorcycle, which also went missing. At the time, he was likely wearing a black and red leather motorcycle suit along with a matching Shoei helmet. His motorcycle had the California license plate number 13D5981.
