Leigh Occhi, a 13-year-old girl from Tupelo, Mississippi, disappeared on the morning of August 27, 1992, amid the chaos of Hurricane Andrew. Leigh was last seen by her mother, Vickie Felton, at around 7:35 a.m. before Vickie left for work.
