Jennifer Rae Perry, a 13-year-old girl, disappeared from Marathon, Florida, on July 30, 1993. On the evening of her disappearance, Jennifer had a disagreement with her mother regarding curfew. After the argument, she left their home, intending to go to her sister's house nearby. However, Jennifer never arrived, and no one has seen or heard from her since. At the time of her disappearance, Jennifer was described as 5'5", weighing 110 pounds, with black hair and dark blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a white beach cover-up over a floral bikini, white shorts, and black shoes. Jennifer also had a long scar on her inner left forearm and a birthmark on her left buttock.
Jennifer had a history of rebellious behavior and had previously attended a summer program for at-risk youths. However, despite initial suggestions that she may have run away, her family has expressed doubts about this theory, as Jennifer had always returned home or stayed with her sister during previous conflicts. Jennifer’s mother believes that her daughter may have encountered foul play, possibly related to human trafficking. Although some authorities suggested that she may have left voluntarily, her long-term disappearance without any trace remains highly unusual for a child of her age.
Over the years, there have been no significant leads, and Jennifer’s case remains unsolved. Various organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, have continued to update her information and provide age-progressed images in hopes of finding new clues about her whereabouts.
