Angela Estella Burns, a 1-year-old girl, went missing on March 7, 1994, from Midwest City, Oklahoma. Angela was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Lilia Castro Burns. At the time of her abduction, Angela was 2 feet tall and weighed 35 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Angela is of biracial descent, with both Caucasian and Hispanic heritage.
