On February 14, 1989, a 16-year-old female named Meredith Ann Medina was last seen at her family's home in Midwest City, Oklahoma. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes. She stood at 5'3" and weighed approximately 110 pounds. Distinctive features included a scar on the left side of her forehead, pierced ears, and she sometimes wore eyeglasses. Her nicknames were reported to be Mere and she also went by her middle name, Ann.
