Meredith Ann Medina, a 16-year-old from Midwest City, Oklahoma, was last seen on February 14, 1989, at her family’s residence. Authorities initially classified her as an endangered runaway, believing she may have left voluntarily. Meredith stood 5'3" tall, weighed 110 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. She has a scar on the left side of her forehead and may have worn glasses at the time of her disappearance. Her ears were pierced, and she had a distinctive mole on her body.
