Alexandra Marie McIntire, a 7-month-old baby from San Diego, California, was last seen on July 20, 1994. She was in the care of a female caregiver who took her to visit relatives in South Africa. However, the caregiver never returned with Alexandra, and authorities believe she was sold for adoption. The FBI considers this case a missing child exploitation and it remains open.
