Cloudia Leslie Wells, a 44-year-old woman, was last seen on April 10, 1998, in San Diego, California. She was living at a YWCA shelter at the time and left to go to the Veterans Affairs (VA) hospital to pick up medication for her heart condition. She had only bus tokens and $2 on her when she disappeared. Cloudia never made it to the VA hospital and did not return to the shelter.
