Bernardo Hernandez-Lopez, 21, was last seen on February 14, 1995, while attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border illegally near San Diego, California. Bernardo and his brother were part of a group of undocumented individuals crossing the Tijuana River when they were swept away by the river's strong current.
