Lawrence "Larry" Maynard Nelson, a 39-year-old man, was last seen on June 3, 1995, at the Florida Naturist Park, a nudist colony located in Hudson, Florida. Nelson, a fisherman and tree trimmer, disappeared under suspicious circumstances. He was described as having brown hair, brown eyes, a beard, and distinctive marks, including a scar on his abdomen and a tattoo on his right shoulder.
