Scott Hamilton, age 52, was last seen on February 19, 2011, after walking away from the Hillandale Assisted Living Facility in New Port Richey, Florida. The facility housed individuals with disabilities, and Hamilton, who suffered from schizophrenia, anxiety, and diabetes, had been a resident for three years. He left the facility without his money, ID, or necessary medication and has not been seen since.
