Patrick Lee Ghering, a 20-year-old man, disappeared on October 19, 1997, from Gillette, Wyoming. His case is closely linked to the disappearance of his 14-year-old girlfriend, Amanda Gallion, who went missing just six days earlier on October 13. Patrick had claimed that he last saw Amanda around 7:15 a.m. on the day she disappeared. Despite being questioned by police, who suspected he was concealing her whereabouts, there were no breakthroughs in the investigation.
