Lora Ann Gabbert, a 29-year-old woman, was last seen on December 1, 1997, in Pecos, Texas. She lived with her boyfriend, Chris Bigham, and her three children. According to Bigham, Gabbert had planned to travel to Dallas to visit a friend and allegedly purchased a Greyhound bus ticket. However, it was later confirmed that no ticket was bought. Shortly after her disappearance, Bigham moved to Washington state, taking one of Gabbert’s children with him and returning the others to their fathers.
