Richard Lee Vickers, age 38, was last seen on April 6, 1998, in the Millsboro, Delaware area. He was living with his father at the time, and his disappearance came as a shock to his family, as it was out of character for him to vanish without notice. Vickers was last observed near Sussex 309, about three miles east of Millsboro, but his destination was unknown.
