Teresa Dianne Shannon, age 48, was last seen on February 4, 1999, in Lugoff, South Carolina, after dropping off a friend at a Western Sizzlin' Steakhouse. Earlier that day, she had attended a meeting of SisterCare, a support group for domestic violence survivors. After driving away from the restaurant, Teresa was never seen again. She was driving a burgundy 1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass with South Carolina license plates, which has also never been located.
