Fasika Kinfe Tadele, a 21-year-old man from Orlando, Florida, went missing on April 16, 2022, after a car accident in St. Charles, Missouri. Tadele was on his way to visit family in Wichita, Kansas, when his vehicle was involved in a crash west of St. Louis. Following the accident, a tow truck driver dropped Tadele off at a gas station near the site of the crash, approximately 1.2 miles away.
