James Melvin Denney, aged 55, was last seen on February 22, 2008, in St. Charles, Missouri. His vehicle was discovered abandoned with the engine running on the Discovery Bridge over the Missouri River on Highway 370. There were reports that Denney had jumped from the bridge into the river, but no witnesses could be found to confirm this.
