David Harold Dilloway, 24 years old, was last seen in Austin, Texas, on April 28, 2001. He had plans to meet his family that weekend but never arrived. Dilloway, who was suffering from depression at the time and classified as disabled, left behind several personal belongings, including his dog, clothing, important papers, and a guitar at the apartment where he was staying.
