Isabella Mia Pastrana, a 14-month-old girl, was last seen on January 13, 2003, leaving the Cape May County Courthouse in New Jersey with her mother, Holly Lynn Codario. At the time of their disappearance, Holly had been exhibiting signs of paranoia, including fears that her apartment was bugged with cameras and listening devices.
