Helen Wagner, a 26-year-old woman from Kearny, New Jersey, disappeared on the night of February 28, 1984. She left her home around 11 p.m. to buy cigarettes and never returned. Wagner was last seen wearing jeans, a white sweater, and a red hooded jacket. Described as having long black wavy hair and brown eyes, she also had distinctive scars on her wrists, back, and chin, as well as a crescent and star tattoo on her hip. At the time of her disappearance, Wagner had only $9 in her possession.
