Tammy Sue Lynn Passineau, an 18-year-old from Syracuse, New York, was last seen on April 11, 2004. She was in the area of West Water Street in Syracuse when she disappeared. At the time of her disappearance, Tammy was described as a "drifter" who frequently moved residences, which initially delayed her family from reporting her missing until May 2004. However, after she failed to cash her social services checks or refill her prescriptions, her family realized something was wrong.
