Steven Leroy Keyes, a 55-year-old man from Sacramento, California, was last seen on April 6, 2005. Keyes, who had a history of heroin use, was reported missing by a friend who stated that he was last seen on or around March 23, 2005, when he mentioned going out to buy drugs. After that, Keyes was arrested on April 6, 2005, in Sacramento, but he has not been seen or heard from since.
