Angelica Livingston, a 7-year-old girl, disappeared alongside her grandmother, Portia Washington, on June 10, 2006, from their home in West Columbia, South Carolina. They were last seen at the Park Place Apartments, where they lived with Portia's boyfriend, Kenneth Andrew Lynch. Shortly after their disappearance, Lynch, along with Washington's car, was spotted in El Paso, Texas.
