In the summer of 2009, a young man named Jonathan Kyle Brackett, an 18-year-old from Carolina Beach, North Carolina, vanished. Known to his friends and family as Kyle, he was last seen on August 1, 2009. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Caucasian male, 5'9' tall and weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair cut in a military style and blue eyes.
