Silvestre Reyes Hidalgo, aged 38, was last seen on March 12, 1995, in Watsonville, California. On the day of his disappearance, he left his home in an intoxicated and irrational state, threatening to jump into the nearby Pajaro River. This was the last time anyone saw him, and he has not been heard from since. Authorities believe that Hidalgo may have drowned, although his body has never been recovered.
