Missing

Patricia Louise Kelley, aged 26, was last seen on August 19, 1983, in Cleveland, Tennessee. She was last spotted at a residence on Wildwood Avenue and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Kelley was living with her two daughters on Howard Street in Cleveland. She was legally blind and required eyeglasses, although she did not have them with her when she went missing. Patricia was also noted to have a Cesarean section scar and pierced ears.
